With petrol prices on the up and consumers looking to go green, the rise in electric cars has been evident. But what about electric motorbikes, for those who prefer two wheels to four? British brand Maeving has launched the RM1 – which offers a top speed of 45mph and a kerb weight of just 98kg. French cognac maison Hennessy has unveiled its most luxurious creation yet – an artistic “Dame Jeanne” decanter, crafted by French plumassière, Nelly Saunier. A one-of-kind masterpiece, the Dame Jeanne will be sold exclusively at the Hennessy boutique at Harrods in London, with a list price of £600,000. The contents of the Dame Jeanne have been decanted into ten bottles to preserve the quality of the cognac. The buyer will also receive the ten bottles and boxes, which have been decorated with feathers matching the Dame Jeanne and presented in Harrods colours.

Made from sustainable marquetry woods, with turquoise and mother of pearl pieces, this backgammon set is a collaboration between Alexandra Llewellyn and Net-a-Porter. It features the Malayan tree nymph butterfly and is 77 x 60 x 5cm when open.
