The following arrests were made recently by local police departments. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

• Lillian Gutoof, 25, 84 South Park Drive, Colchester, Vt.; assault and battery with dangerous weapon, failure to stop for police, marked lanes violation, speeding, negligent operation of motor vehicle.

• Anderson Phao, 25, 136 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, Lowell; attempted breaking and entering with intent to commit felony, breaking glass in a building.

• Claudia Gallego, 52, 360 Concord St., First Floor, Lowell; warrant (assault and battery on child with injury).

• Rick Ferron, 50, 620 Princeton Blvd., Lowell; warrant (failure to appear for child pornography).

• Richard Harris, 36, 193 Middlesex St., Lowell; attempting breaking and entering with intent to commit misdemeanor.

• Adam Guilmette, 40, 35 Burns St., Lowell; warrant (failure to appear for speeding).

• Alexander Paicos, 55, homeless; assault and battery with dangerous weapon (knife), disorderly conduct.

• Ralph Flodin, 38, homeless; warrants (assault and battering with dangerous weapon, failure to appear for breaking and entering vehicle/boat at night), possession of Class B drug.

• Vannak Chea, 36, warrant (failure to appear for suspended license).

• Darwin Medina-Abreu, 21, 17 Varnum St., Haverhill; unlawful possession of firearm, carrying a firearm while loaded, unregistered motor vehicle, carrying large capacity feeding device.

• Segundo Cajilema Quijosaca, 39, 39 Whipple St., Apt. 2, Lowell; indecent assault and battery on child under 14.

• Wilfredo Rivera, 34, homeless; trespassing after notice, warrant, violation of bylaws/ordinances.

• Yanira Ruiz, 37, 43 Groves Ave., Apt. 2, Lowell; warrants (two counts of failure to appear identity fraud).

• Victor Amaro, 28, 190 High St., Lowell; possession of Class B drug.

• Michele Glasper, 28, 26 Morse St., Lowell; operating motor vehicle without license.

• Edward Nourse, 36, 393 Wilder St., Apt. 14, Lowell; warrant (failure to appear for larceny from building).

• Malachi Williams, 18, 390B Mammoth Road, Apt. 10, Lowell; warrant (breaking and entering).

• Jessie Delgado, 53, homeless; warrant (breaking and entering in vehicle/boat).

• John Mucci, 41, 72 Brooks St., No. 2, Brighton; warrant (breaking and entering into building at daytime).

• Angela Gallo, 32, 1370 Broadway, Somerville; possession of Class B drug, possession to distribute Class B drug, possession to distribute Class E drug.

• Kenneth Geon, 35, 4 Hill St., Portland, Maine; warrant (assault and battery with dangerous weapon).

• Kevin Boutet, 33, 6102 Archstone Ave., Tewksbury; kidnapping, two counts of strangulation.

• Daniel McConologue, 18, 11 Tomahawk Drive, Wilmington; negligent operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, possession of Class C drug, operation under influence of alcohol.

• Angela Bryant, 49, 169 Moore St., Lowell; larceny under $1,200.

• Nathaniel Marquez, 39, 14 Cross St., Lowell; warrant (assault and battery with dangerous weapon).

•Thomas McLaughlin, 54, 45 Judith E. Drive, Tewksbury; warrant.

• Matthew Rejcek, 36, 6 Joanne Drive, Plaistow, N.H.; warrant (leaving scene of property damage), shoplifting.

• Jose Hernandez, 32, 53 Hawley St., Lawrence; marked lanes violation, operation under influence (second offense).

• Tyrone Valentine, 28, 397 Cedar St., Manchester, N.H.; shoplifting.

• Ricardo DaSilva, 44, 16 New St., Lowell; operation under influence, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

• Josephine Faponnle, 46, 240 Vermont Ave., Bay Shore, N.Y.; two counts of assault with dangerous weapon (hand sanitizer bottle, Plexiglas window)

• Malachi Williams, 18, 390 Mammoth Road, Lowell; shoplifting, possession of Class B drug.

• Dhovana Dearaujo, 20, 70 Shawsheen Ave., Apt. 308, Wilmington; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

• Joshua Kerwin, 43, 12 Dahlia Ave., Peabody; warrants, operation of motor vehicle with suspended license.

• Scott Maga, 54, 41 Oakdale Road, Wilmington; leaving scene of property damage.

• Wandilis Yonelis Andujar Aristy, 28, 510 Willard St., Quincy; unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, speeding, unregistered of motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, two counts of possessing false/stolen RMV document.

• Andrea Renee Rego, 38, 29 Ellington Road, Tewksbury; operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, speeding.
